Department: MarketingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: GlobalReporting To: Laura ChavesDescriptionVidico is looking for a Content Marketer to join the team and create compelling content that not only grabs attention but also persuades top-tier marketing and creative decision-makers to join forces with us for all their creative needs. From buzz-worthy LinkedIn posts to snappy YouTube Shorts and engaging lead magnets, your work will echo across our multiple online channels including our website and email list, to make Vidico the go-to name in tech brand storytelling. If you'd love to be the maestro behind creative 'edutainment', developing content that draws the attention of world's most exciting brands—think Spotify, TikTok, Semrush, and Square to name just a few of our awesome clients, keep reading!This is a remote position, and we are accepting applications from within the European time zone (bonus if you are based in Spain) or Cape Town.Where have I heard of... Vidico?We are a full-service video-production agency that's on the rise.We work with some of the coolest companies in the world: Square, Spotify, Uber, Airtable, Amazon, Bailey Nelson, Koala, The Oodie and Temple & Webster to name a few.There's a 99% likelihood you've seen (and chuckled at) our ads on Youtube/TV in Australia.Our television campaigns across Australia and the U.S. have generated over 1.3 billion views.In the last year, Vidico's team has doubled in size and with that so has the opportunity for growth, learning and development.What will I work on? Writing compelling video scripts, articles, posts, ads, newsletters, cold emails and thought leadership content.Using your content marketing skills across our social media profiles (YouTube and LinkedIn), and email list to grow our brand presence.Maximising distribution and reach of our content by sharing it across social platforms, marketing groups and external communities.Using your copywriting and storytelling skills to improve the performance of our outbound email campaigns on a monthly basis, A/B testing copy, and tracking performance.Working closely with our sales team to create engaging and creative sales enablement content that's relevant and makes sales easier.Growing our email audience and engagement by sending out compelling weekly emails that win back prospects and clients.Keeping Vidico's portfolios fresh by sharing our latest and greatest video projects on Vimeo, YouTube, and our website's portfolio.Actively monitoring all platforms for reviews, comments and engagement related to our company and brand.Work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager to execute defined strategies and tactics.Sharing ideas and execute on ways we can grow our audience, provide value to our social following and email list and achieve our revenue goalsWhat will I bring?Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related discipline and 2-5+ years' experience.Strong understanding of B2B marketing preferably in an agency, creative or startup environment.You're not afraid to take some risks with your creative ideas, you have a good understanding of what it takes to win the attention of decision-makers in marketing, content, and creative departments.Experience working in fast paced environment, coordinating high energy internal communications whilst managing multiple projects at one time from start to finish.Solid experiencing using modern tolls for content creation (AI, Midjourney, TikTok) as well as video editing platforms to create short-form videos that perform on social.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can write with style and tone and have knack for storytelling.A strategic thinker, capable of designing potent lead magnets and repurposing content to maximize reach across Vidico's channels and beyond.Ability to build strong, respectful, and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders — alongside the ability to collaborate across functions.Data-driven and analytical – you are interested in making creative decisions through data.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Resilient, proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach and mindset.Why join Vidico?We've explained the perks of joining Vidico, the best way we know how.
