To support our growth, we are seeking a project administrator to work with our engineering teams in Switzerland and Japan and clients and vendors in Europe, Asia and North America. Tasks

Primary day-to-day Project Management duties include: -
• Coordinating internal resources and working with vendors and clients to deliver projects
• Creating and maintaining full project documentation including:
• Creating... detailed requirements and project plans
• Preparing project deliverables and progress reports
• Creating and distributing project information to relevant parties
• Maintaining meeting minutes and action items and following-up as necessary
• Monitoring and tracking progress of each project including milestones
• Ensuring that projects are delivered according to requirements within timelines
• Arranging video and in-person meetings
• Creating & maintaining best-practices documentation and templates to enhance efficiency

Primary day-to-day Software Engineering duties include:
• Develop, maintain, upgrade, monitor, and document logical software assets
• Write well-designed, testable code & Integrate software components into system assets
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility of defined requirements
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

Requirements
• Collectively 2-5 years’ experience across project management, software engineering, and hardware domains
• Experience in designing/developing interactive applications including web applications
• Ability to develop software in ColdFusion, Python, Java, and C++, among others
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases including Postgres and PSQL
• Proficiency in office-applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Wrike, Gantt, etc.
• Knowledge of presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.
• Ability and willingness to learn other software applications and use databases as required
• Good English-language verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable initiating improvements or innovations as opportunities occur
• Desire to participate in a fast paced, growth environment
