Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in shweifet District. As a Marketing Manager at IZZAT DAOUK Distribution, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities and driving the company's marketing strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, managing social media channels, coordinating with advertising... agencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of IZZAT DAOUK by promoting there products and expanding its presence in the Lebanese market


Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in the beauty, hair, or wellness industry is a plus


1-Develop and implement communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
2-Maintain a database of media contacts and manage social media communications.
3-Prepare and manage the communication budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
