We are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team! As an HR Officer in our company, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, organizing employee files, and draft letters to address employee concerns.

Key responsibilities of a Human Resources Officer at our Company:
• You’ll manage and craft job advertisements that effectively attract applicants
• You’ll screen resumes and application forms, and evaluate skills assessment (we call “Challenge”) outputs
• You’ll respond to applicants’ inquiries through Messenger
• You’ll schedule applicant interviews using Notion
• You’ll draft letters to address employee concerns

Preferred Qualifications

1. A graduate with a 4-year degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
2. Relevant experience in Human Resources
3. Proficient in Google Workspace applications and Notion (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and... interpersonal skills
