As the HR and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Overseeing office administration, including facilities management and supplies procurement.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Managing and maintaining the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for the organization, including data entry, reporting, and system updates.
• Managing the visa FWV (Fab Working Visa) process for international employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human... Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR and administrative management roles
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in data management is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned and relocate in the Philippines
