What you will do

The Sales Strategic Planning Senior Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales planning stuff, assigning sales territories and quotas, monitoring results, and adjusting coverage as necessary.
You will also maintain and update the business plan covering all markets and regions, provide input into sales forecast, and coordinate budgets, forecasts, and reports:
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans for sales growth and expansion in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify market trends and opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior management on sales strategy and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize sales planning processes and systems to improve... efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
• Manage and coach sales staff on key competencies to ensure compliance with business plan and company policies.
• Assign sales territories and quotas to staff and monitor results to adjust coverage as necessary.
• Maintain and update the business plan covering all markets and regions and provide input into sales forecast.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports and track regional expenses against budget.
• Implement cost controls when necessary and communicate marketplace trends and changes taking place.
• Make recommendations about future courses of action necessary and review market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potential.
• Track sales staff performance against quota and establish performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Adjust sales plans as appropriate to achieve goals.


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• 810 years of experience in sales strategy and planning, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Proven track record of achieving objectives while controlling sales expenses and market share.

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans and managing sales processes and systems.
