Our client has an enviable reputation amongst... referrers, clients and multi-disciplinary stakeholders in the primary and tertiary health sectors as a leading provider of neuro OT services. Due to ongoing demand for their services, they are looking to grow their team. They are open to hearing from OT’s with experience, or a strong interest in, a neuro caseload. OT’s of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. An opening for an OT or a Senior OT would be considered, depending on the level of experience of the candidate. For experienced OT’s, there would be the option of taking on supervisory/leadership responsibilities if this was of interest.

The Role

You’ll be working with adults in the community with a mix of neuro conditions, including MS, Parkinson’s and ABI’s/TBI’s.

You’ll be doing a mix of regular, ongoing therapy sessions along with assessments and reports. You’ll predominantly be working with clients via NDIS or insurance funding streams, and will need to be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes for your clients. Well developed written communication and reporting skills are important for this role, as well as the ability to autonomously manage your workload.

Your team is a wonderful mix of OT’s of varying levels of experience, where you will be supported to grow professionally. It’s a friendly environment with plenty of opportunities to connect socially and have fun, as well as professionally via the well-located office in Brisbane’s East.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA Registration.
• Current driver's license
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills
• Ability to develop rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
