Role Profile:
This role is a key contributor in delivering an outstanding Brand Experience ? to work with agility, insights and have a drive to learn. Bring your creativity... to deliver engaging content for South East Asian beauty lovers!

Job Responsibilities:
Content styling, photography, videography and creation of our digital production to produce best-in-class content for our websites, social media, marketing and brand building activities for escentials regional multi-brand retail stores and online channels. Create and edit digital marketing content regionally to ensure consistency in branding. Understand our brand's approval process for adjusting creative assets to meet their needs whileupholding the escentials brand standards Generate creative concepts that you can execute, in charge of styling in-house monthly (or ad hoc) campaign shoots to create a cohesive theme across omni-channel points of sale. Co-ordination of shoot which includes managing product loans, sourcing of props (if needed), managing monthly shoot content, etc Editing of static and video content after assets have been created (typography, editing of IG reels/images etc) Explore different styles of creating luxury beauty content while being in alignment with the escentials brand book Identify opportunities for process improvement workflows and proactively suggest changes

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with major/minor in graphic design, visual merchandising, communications, or related creative fields Proven ability in digital creative operations or project management. Must be able to demonstrate the photoshoot/campaign styling, edit, and production of engaging and informative digital content. Must have visual merchandising, styling, photography, videography experience and be able to evolve the style of our escentials brand marketing while keeping a coherent link with our cult and niche beauty roots Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop & Premiere Pro Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and while staying focused and meeting tight deadlines
A digital portfolio of your past styling work done for lifestyle/fashion/beauty shoots, or any digital content created A mood board of your personal style, imagery demonstrating your point of reference or inspiration
