– Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.
– Lead innovation & activation projects, integrating end to end activity schedule ensuring consistency of Brand Vision & Brand Key.
– Monitor & evaluate brand performance and identify solution and recommendation to improve effectiveness.
– Lead marketing budget planning & monitoring, providing timely communication to relevant stakeholders on budget availability.
– Partner with different functions across Unilever for on-going & day-to-day projects to ensure brand’s operation excellence.
