Pass The Keys, is an award-winning short let/ holiday management service, originally founded in London in 2015 and with over 70 locations across the UK; we are now looking to take Spain by storm and seeking a Senior Franchise Recruitment Consultant for our Spain operations.

We have been passing on our knowledge and bespoke technology to ambitious entrepreneurs... across the UK with our Franchise programme and due to our success, Pass the Keys is now looking to add to our International team a Senior Franchise Recruitment Consultant in Barcelona.

The Senior Franchise Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for recruiting franchise partners to join the Pass The Keys franchise network across Spain. In this role, you will identify and engage potential franchisees, evaluate their suitability and guide them through the recruitment process.

You will play an essential role in identifying the best-suited candidates fully managing the relationship through the entire recruitment process and ensuring an effective handover to colleagues. You will need to be an experienced sales professional who thrives on achieving set targets and an excellent communicator.

• Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our most recent launch in Spain by driving the growth of our Franchise partners.
• Working with the local marketing department to ensure we have the best strategies to attract qualified franchise candidates.
• You’ll play a key role in accelerating our rate of expansion by finding and then recruiting new partners to join our program. You will be in charge of the entire sales process; from initial enquiry to qualifying leads to pitching, interviewing and negotiating. Whilst feeding back any additional information that we would need to review in order to ensure the best processes and practices.
• Ensuring you deliver the PTK core business values and the business proposition clearly, outlining the features and benefits of owning a short-term management franchise business in Spain.
• Schedule introductory meetings with franchise candidates, assess their suitability, and provide them with necessary information on Pass The Keys' franchise offering. Successfully understanding their motivation and potential ability to run a franchise business, reviewing their business plan and managing their expectations.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the internal CRM system is continually updated and accurate records are kept.
• You will be required to attend Exhibitions and other networking and corporate events (can be outside of normal working hours).

• At least 3 years of experience in franchise recruitment and or Sales
• This will be a consultative sell. You will need to be a quick thinker and solution lead.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service orientation and focus on candidate experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
• Based in Barcelona (hybrid role - office 2/3 days a week & remote from home)
