Job Overview:
Responsible for managing the logistics operations including warehousing, domestic transportation, international freight, customs brokerage, inventory management, procurement & planning and managing 3PL service providers. This person needs ensure company’s internal and external clients are efficiently serviced in line with policies, procedures, and business goals.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
1. Manage the overall Logistics operations for Taiwan. Ensure effective day-to-day management of the warehouse operation, international/ domestic transportation, customs brokerage, supply panning & purchasing, 3PL management and all related processes and procedures.
2. Ensure that logistics operations goals and objectives are achieved, and that all subordinate employees adhere to the corporate standards and goals.
3. Liaise and support the Taiwan Sales & Service organization (SSU) ensuring that all needs for the Operations functions are identified, assessed, and... fulfilled to perform in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
4. Perform goods receipt, goods issue in SAP and local delivery schedule
5. Prepare and monitor sales Logistics documents flow, incl. delivery note, invoices in SAP etc.
6. Provide backlog analysis and ensure accuracy of data provided to related departments for forecasting process.
7. Responsible for inventory management and reconciliation of stocks physically and in system.
8. Review and forecast purchasing requirements and planning needs and management of stock levels according to forecasts, MRP.
9. Effective order management by working with factories and sales/service team, follow-up and tracking of orders accordingly.
10. Provide knowledge, advice, direction, and feedback on a daily basis. Build and maintain positive workplace morale.
11. Ensure service level agreements(SLA) and key performance indicators(KPI) are met/ exceeded. Set-up monthly / quarterly review with stakeholders.
12. Lead and manage logistics initiatives and projects in Taiwan. Identify optimization/ continuous improvement opportunities and implement. Track the projects and update the stakeholders periodically.
13. Input to budget planning for Taiwan logistics activities and ensuring the actual does not exceed the plan. Compute & control and check the order amount, discounts and shipping charges as requires.
14. Comply with QA and WH&S policies/ procedures, ensuring relevant Logistics SOP’s are updated and followed.
15. Support external and internal audit within the assigned area.
16. Accept any tasks or job-re-arrangement assigned by company based on business needs.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics or business related fields
2. At least 8 years relevant working experience in supply chain order fulfilment management
3. Work experience in Medical industry is preferred
4. Experience in leading / managing people

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Familiar with ERP system(SAP) is required
2. Familiar with Incoterms
3. Office software application
4. Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing
5. Time management with high efficiency, highly stress resistant, resilience and careful
6. Independent thinking, integration and problem solving
7. Strong team player, game changer and forward thinker

- 工作技能:國際貿易基本概念,貿易單據製作,進出口報關管理,進出口作業流程控管,進出口相關法令,熟悉進出口業務,進出口貨物查驗,關務相關法規,貨物延遲╱遺失處理
