We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secretary to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This role is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience.

As a Secretary, your responsibilities will include managing all correspondence, organizing files and documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling any other tasks as assigned.

We are looking for a candidate who is creative, has strong people management skills, and is able to work independently. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
