Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts located in Hanoi. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the General Manager's diary, and maintaining effective communication. Clerical skills and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications
• Experience in personal assistance and executive administrative assistance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and... verbal
• Ability to manage and coordinate the General Manager's diary effectively
• Strong clerical skills, including organizing and maintaining files and documents
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
