Stylianides Group is looking for a reliable Office/Customer Service Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and be self-motivated and trustworthy.

• English language is a must

Responsibilities
• Office administration, filing, emails, updating associates, Facebook, updating website.
• Assisting with After Sales – helping clients with selections & finishes for their property.
• Assisting with handover of properties to clients, (listing any snags, etc. and following up)
• After Care – helping clients with shopping and settling in to their new home.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements
• Good communicator
• Friendly & good with people
• Organized
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in administration or relevant field is preferred, but not essential
