Due to expansion of our services, as a Corporate Services Provider, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator.

Location - Limassol, Cyprus.

Job Type - Permanent, Full Time Position.

Department – Office Administration Department

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- General Reception/Administrative duties
- Stock control and replenishing of office supplies (stationary, etc.)
- Office maintenance, ensuring office operational needs are satisfied at all times.
- Greeting and attending to all external visitors.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and distributing received faxes.
- Completion of office Filing and scanning requirements.
- Maintaining office administration records
- Internal Conference room bookings for the company
- Execution of all nominees tasks.
- Visits to Tax Authorities, VAT Authorities and Social Insurances Department

DISPATCH SERVICES
- Satisfactory completion of Courier Services
- Delivery of Internal mail
- Dispatching packages
