We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk for one of our customers.

As an IT support, your responsibilities will include :
• Providing IT support to users and / or customers.
• Handling tickets related to incidents and specific requests (Windows).
• Follow up customer requests with a customer-oriented approach.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to a higher level of support.


What you bring :
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Fluent en French and good knowledge in english (german is a plus).
