Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO’s calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with precision and efficiency.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, to ensure smooth and hassle-free trips.

- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.

- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

- Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives.

- Anticipate the needs of our executives and proactively take action to support their objectives and priorities.

- Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes.

- Perform credit card and financial reconciliation.

- Prepare Company events and online workshops.

- Ad Hoc Responsibilities. Be prepared to take on various ad hoc tasks as they arise, adapting to the changing needs of the client

Qualifications:

- Must be in Cebu City

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting is a plus!

- 3-5+ years of administrative experience working with directors/upper management and C-Suite executives.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

- Experience in reconciling credit card statements, identifying discrepancies, and liaising with financial institutions for resolution.

- Skilled in planning complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visas.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

- In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum of Intel core i5 processor or equivalent

- If using a personal computer, there must be an extra monitor

- Must have a noise cancellation headset or device to use

- Works flawlessly on a graveyard shift (Work shift is EST Time Zone)

- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also functioning as part of a collaborative team.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:
