Account Manager Sales at CMC Worldwide

CMC is a quality-driven credit management company specialized in getting overdue invoices paid and preventing future invoices of becoming overdue.
We work for SMEs, multinationals and Fortune 500 companies located all over the world.

On a daily basis, we get requests from leads from all over the world to help them out with our debtor management services:
international debt collection, credit control or training and consultancy.

Job description
As an Account Manager Sales, you will represent CMC Worldwide.

You will actively search for new clients, come up with creative ways to generate new business and ensure a good customer relationship.

Because you provide the best service through the best communication, you anticipate on customer needs and you know how to exceed them.

You are result-oriented and see it as a must to contribute to the success of the clients and to the further growth of CMC Worldwide.

Your responsibilities will exist... of:

Inside Sales:
• Understanding customer needs and requirements;
• Explore new opportunities to upsell and/or crosssell to the customers;
• Response to commercial leads;
• Submission of proposals.

Sales to existing clients - Upsell and cross-sell:
• Renewing Product /Services Contracts/SLAs;
• Periodic meetings/calls/emeetings to monitor satisfaction;
• Regular followup contact to assess needs and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams;
• Play an integral part in generating new sales opportunities that will turn into longlasting relationships.

Implement Sales Process:
• Deal qualifying, Proposal, negotiation, and closing;
• Contract negotiation / renewals;
• Project kickoff;
• Postsales evaluation;
• Deliver frequent reports and forecasts to the Managing Director
• Participate in planned corporate and marketing activities during the year.

Who are we looking for? Someone who...
• Has an excellent command of the Portuguese and English language
• Lives in Tábua or within a 60 minute radius of Tábua
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field
• Proven customer relationship experience
• Is proactive, solutionoriented and eager to work hard
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Always wants to develop and improve him/herself and is open to change
• Feels at home in an international, growing environment
