Account Manager

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, with a primary focus on the Brazilian market.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and strategies to meet client objectives.
• Implementing effective upselling strategies to increase client revenue and meet monthly goals.
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote content and drive engagement among clients.
• Tracking and analyzing key account metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Fluent proficiency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
• Preferably, experience in sales or marketing in any industry.
• Preferably, previous experience in the iGaming industry as an account manager or in a related role.
