Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze industry developments and technological advancements to stay informed about the market.
• Ability to organize create and execute a successful marketing campaign.
• Ability to do useful research to enable the organization to exhibit and associate with relevant
• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels... including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead generation/Prospecting amongst corporate clients, SMEs, and public sector
• Manage and follow up on existing Prospects via email, site visits, and phone calls business deals yet to be
• Finalize and close the sales.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; and developing and negotiating contracts.
• integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and social media
• Qualify lead and send business profile to prospect.
• Update and log lead’s information into CRM
• Setting up meetings with Prospects, pitch and identify prospects' needs/pain points.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and challenges to position the company's products and services effectively.
• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, and developing new applications.
• Cross-sell - Meet with the procurement manager on vendor registration for the benefit of future business opportunities with them.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition of the company's technology solutions.
• Schedule an initial presentation (demo) with a consultant to explain product and service enhancement, the software functionality, and capabilities to Prospects.
• Proposal Development and Negotiation:
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to create customized proposals that address client needs.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; and developing and negotiating contracts.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback from the market to internal teams for product enhancements and improvements.
• Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.
• Maintaining strong communication with prospects through email and other channels of communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development and sales within the technology industry. (Digital Transformation tool and ERP Solutions)
• Strong understanding of technology products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
