The team for you to join

You will be part of a great, dedicated and self-managed team of competent colleagues. We are a team of 4 experienced individuals covering a variety of tasks within Regulatory Affairs, we are driven by our... curiosity, humor and commitment to the patient. We support each other and help where we can.

What would your role look like?

You will represent Regulatory Affairs in the site expansion projects, where you will provide insights on authority (DKMA, EMA and FDA) expectations. Plan, prepare and execute expansion meetings with the authorities. Be part of the liaison meetings between our commercial department/ customers, operations and the expansion projects. Provide guidance on how best to keep manufacturing flexibility with minimum regulatory impact for our customers. You will also support the maintenance of the site master file and site licenses, relevant eCTD documentation, regulatory intelligence and help current customers maintain their filings worldwide. Further you will be involved in the cross site regulatory network where we exchange information, share best practices, and help each other.

Sustainability is at our heart and you will participate in such projects to ensure regulatory points/impacts are considered when finding the best solutions. Further you are an active member of such groups and you will be part of the solutions.

In the day to day job you understand how to build relations, interlink with stakeholders and speak up when needed. You will also be the primary contact for our commercial team and thereby be close to the news regarding new customers. Through other organizations (industry groups) you will participate in shaping the future regulation.

On a regular basis you will provide updates to members of Quality Leadership Team.

Who are we looking for?

A person with a good sense of humor and charm, who can work independently, be a team player when it is needed and a leader. You have strong background within Regulatory Affairs and/ or QA and understand how one impacts the other. A good portion of experience with regulatory and GxP requirements in EU & USA. You are good at and like to work with people and stakeholders.

You Must Have/ Be
• BSc/ MSc degree within natural and/or life science
• +10 years of Regulatory Affairs and/or QA experience from the pharma/biotech industry (EU & USA)
• Skills to structure cases, manage stakeholders and follow up
• Ability to keep an overview while dealing with details and laying the compliance regulatory puzzle and seeing/communicating the consequences of options/decisions
