We are a passionate team dedicated to helping businesses save money and reduce their environmental impact by transitioning to solar power.About the RoleAs our Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth by securing new commercial and industrial clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Identify and qualify new commercial and industrial sales leads.Build and maintain... strong relationships with key decision-makers.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits of SolarArk's solutions.Prepare and submit compelling tenders for commercial projects.Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales pipeline.Travel interstate to meet with clients and attend industry events.Skills and experience:Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial salesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Experience in tender preparation and submission for commercial projects (highly desirable).Plumbing industry experience (desirable).Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ability to travel interstate.What we offer:Company car, laptop, phone, and iPad to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Be part of a passionate team that is committed to making a positive impact on the environment.To Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to christian@solarark.com.au .
