Job Description
• Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards
• Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
• Maintain overall system configuration and adhere to change control protocols
• Ensure that documentation as per processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials are maintained and up to date
• Manage the Salesforce org to ensure data integrity, security and daily basic audits
• Manage mass imports and exports of data
• Provide high quality support via ticket system
• Help with deployments (in a Github environment via the use of VS Code) and work with the team towards continuous integration.
• Provide high-quality support to users with tasks and problem-solving technical inquiries via ticket system and email.
• User creation, deactivation, and login assistance.
• Support End Users to clean, manipulate, and update data, mainly using Excel, SOQL, Import Wizard and Workbench.
• Support End Users to create and update reports and dashboards following best practices.
• Customization of declarative components such as fields, page layouts, list views and queues, while adhering to change control protocols.

• University Diploma
• Language: Professional Speaking abilities in English and German
• Analytical business process development skills and problem-solving skills.
• At least 12 months of experience performing Salesforce Administrator tasks Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification required (App Builder is a plus).
• Knowledgeable and exposure of logical constructions in problem solving code syntax and formula creation.
• Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Excel, Plug-Ins).
• Well-versed in agile methodology / processes.
• Capabilities in troubleshooting and fixing system errors (service desk experience is a plus).
• Knowledgeable of Salesforce objects and the relationships between them
• Experience handling change requests and evaluating efforts necessary
• Salesforce status accounting – ownership of information such as data storage, government limits
• Configuration Auditing: has experience ensuring a Salesforce system is compliant required quality measures
• Experience creating clear and concise documentation that is maintained and archived
• Understanding of the capabilities of Salesforce Flow and at least basic competency in creating Flows
• Experience with the creation of Approval Processes and Validation Rules
