As our Accounting Leader you will analyze and control the accounting data of the operation to prepare reports and / or financial statements for our corporate, making sure to establish and apply adequate methods and policies.

Specific tasks : 1.Partner with the plant director and global product company leadership team to provide financial management and analysis to achieve business and financial objectives.

2.Manage with the site accounting team and coordinate the accounting close process for the prioritization of financial statements, performing analysis of site results and functional area reporting requirements to produce accurate and timely financial statements.

Review reconciliation of general ledger accounts and journal entries.3.Review overall valuation and control of site assets and / or liability categories and coordinate related monthly and annual processes to ensure proper financial reporting.

4.Manage capital budgeting of fixed... assets, including allocation request (AR)5.Manage and implement effective internal controls and procedures and coordinate financial audits and operational process reviews to support those controls with internal and external parties.

Continuously maintain the internal controls questionnaire and provide quarterly approval.6.Define, document, and maintain financial business system requirements and provide financial information for system design, testing, and operation.

7.Complete, post, and submit site administration reports, including variance analysis, and communicate financial statement and issues with management.

8.Manage quarterly and annual financial planning and budgeting processes to include reporting, analysis, and guidance to site management to achieve financial goals.

9.Manage and review cost variances and plant efficiency, as well as lead the annual standard cost list process.10.Monitor the physical Inventory process11.

Supervise and provide job direction and training to finance staff or related functions.12.Provide financial leadership, development and support to site functional groups.

Experiencia y requisitos

1. Education·Bachelor's degree in accounting2. Knowledge·Management of Office (Excel, Word, Power point).·Cost accounting, records and accounting procedures3.

Experience and skills·Minimum 4 years in similar positions in manufacturing environments managing personnel and in charge and 1 year minimum in management.
• Advanced English·Effective communication skills, including group and training presentations.·Desirable use of Oracle ·Ability to prepare reports accurately
