**Fonction**:
Assist with all aspects of Legal Project Management (LPM) support, including finance and operations, as well as systems and technology, to enable the LPM team to focus on people, profitability, and client outcomes (internal and external).

Work closely with the LPM Tech & Ops Lead to support LPM goals and metrics; daily departmental operations, including reporting, dashboarding, budgeting and financial management; change management and continuous improvement of LPM services.

Support LPM colleagues and legal stakeholders in the firm on client and internal projects by helping teams leverage existing firm technology and implement data-driven best practices for project management.

Strategic Planning:

- Participate in special strategic projects and initiatives under the direction of the LPM Tech & Ops Lead, as delegated by the Director of Legal Project Management.

Change Management:

- Assist in identifying and executing critical change management initiatives and high... priority strategic and process improvement projects across LPM with a focus on standardizing, simplifying, and streamlining processes; implement mechanisms to track, measure, and report on results and benefits

Financial Management:

- Support continuous improvement of financial and project reporting for projects by defining and driving business user requirements.
- Facilitate capacity tracking and demand management for new and existing projects

Technology:

- Assist in the implementation and ongoing support of new technologies, including working closely with other technical experts in the organization to support testing and adoption of new technologies
- Collaborate with various global teams to solve data-related challenges on customer projects and assist in developing solutions that enable non-technical users

• *Profil**:
Technical skills, qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on data analytics/data science
- Extensive experience working in large complex organizations, ideally in a law firm or professional services organization
- Strong technology background with the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
- Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify, define and resolve business issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with databases and/or workflow automation tools is desirable
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in preparing reports, summaries and status reports for senior management and clients
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in data visualization and modeling
- Ability to interact and build trusting relationships with all levels of the organization and across geographic and cultural boundaries
