An International company based in Luxembourg active in the Financial services sector is currently looking for a self-employed Interim HR Project Manager for an assignment of minimum 5 months.

The Interim HR Project Manager’s key responsibilities will include:

HR Strategy Development:
• Design and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Evaluate current HR practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop long-term and short-term HR plans to support business objectives.

The key qualifications required for this interim management job:
• The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of the Luxembourg market.
• Should possess a strategic mindset, capable of developing and implementing HR strategies from scratch.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
• Should be available to start within the next 3 weeks to meet the immediate needs of the role.
