As a key... part of our growth agenda, we are now searching for a Technical Project Manager that can lead data center development projects and wants to be part of this journey.

The ideal candidate has a technical depth and can identify, evaluate, and implement technical solutions and new innovations for data centers. The candidate also has a strong background in project management, particularly in the context of data center infrastructure and operations.

Your responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for data center initiatives, including design, planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Set technical requirements and specifications of the data center design to meet customer needs, sustainability requirements and cost efficiency.
• Stay up to date with new technical solutions and innovations within the data center space
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely and efficient project design, planning and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the project timelines or deliverables.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Build relations with suppliers to ensure access to industry knowledge and know how
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations, facilities, and vendors, to achieve objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize datacentre design and development processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably PMP certified, or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Swedish.
• Proven and relevant experience (min 3 years) in technical project management.
• Excellent understanding of datacentre infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of various technical solutions for datacentre infrastructure, including cooling systems, fibre optics and electrical installations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results.
• Leadership abilities to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience of designing, planning, building and running a datacentre is highly desirable.
