Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive who will... establish potential client’s base by contacting prospective clients and expanding business with current clients. Sales Executive will be developing strategic plans and marketing programs to increase company’s revenues and profitability. As well as generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect leads and perform heavy cold calling to build pipeline.
• Strong account management skills to retain and grow existing accounts.

• Promote the services and products of all entities and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
• Develop and execute field sales business plans to achieve corporate revenue goals.
• Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.
• Track and trace all active orders for current on-time status and proactively contact customers, providing them with shipment status.
• Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Develop, facilitate, and negotiate the proposal pricing process and rate agreements to customers.

Requirements:
• Sales experience in logistics/supply chain and transportation industry is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong relationship building skills, negotiating power and ability to multitask.
• Strong work ethic and competitive nature with energetic and outgoing personality
• Prior experience working in a deadline driven environment.
• Superior customer relation skills, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Goal-driven and self-starter personality motivated for sales with strong leadership and training skills.
• Computer knowledge- working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
