To bring relevant insights to the Organization and foster insight-based decisions:
• Work with the business analyst, trends and statistics to the countries (and make recommendations as appropriate)
• Third–party brand performance measurement
• Market–wide sales data
• CooperVision-commissioned insight programmes
• Competitor activity
• Lead market research programs when needed

To be a key stakeholder of Polish strategy & yearly plans elaboration, across the full range of contact lens products & brands & input CEE strategy & yearly plans.

To ensure the execution of planned activities in excellence and on time. This includes the following:
• Communication campaigns development from scratch or adaptation when relevant (mostly digital, PR, print & in-store)
• Creation & implementation of promotions and incentive programmes
• Selection & management of Agencies
• Portfolio management. New product introduction / rationalisation including... Pricing/Sizing.

To collaborate with Key Accounts Managers on Joint Business Plans and counsel customers operating offline or online.

Lead the development of private label brand mix where agreed with customer.

To manage project & collaborate with the rest of commercial team (Professional Affairs, KAM and Field sales force) in order to maximize 360° impact of key activities.

To foster “best practices” mentality, analysing results of campaigns and improving quality & impacts of activities overtime.

To network passionately liaising with CEE colleagues to generate synergies as well as with EMEA marketing colleagues both from region and other relevant markets to ensure the needs of the market are understood and well served and to gain inspiration.

To monitor products performance and input forecasting &to manage A&P budgets with good stewardship.
• Solid strategic and business acumen.
• Significant skills in digital marketing are expected and an experience with ecommerce is welcomed.
• Intellectually curious with good analytical skills.
• Sense of aesthetics and creativity.
• Proactive, independent, responsible, self-starter approach.

• Excellent project leadership & management skills across multiple functions, agencies and countries.

• Good networker, sharing & importing good ideas, building coalitions, in particular digital media and press, PR management.
• Champion consumer-driven approach across the organization working for a category where B2B recommendation is the core and consumer pull is the add-on.
• Fluent in both Polish and English is required.
• Reporting full line to General Manager CEE, India and South Africa and dotted to Regional Marketing Manager.
• lndividual contributor role, no direct reports.
• This role will be office based in Poland, although will require occasional travel to customer meetings and CooperVision European meetings.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in consumer marketing in an organisation where marketing personnel is motivated to take responsibilities.
• An experience in a segment where professional recommendation is crucial (ideally pharmaceuticals because of regulatory aspects).
• Experience of work in international matrix environment.
• Robust experience in consumer marketing roles and companies that offer real opportunities to train and do things on their own conceiving, constructing and implementing consumer marketing strategies and programmes across the full marketing mix as outlined in the job description. In particular:
• Communication development (not necessarily TV)
• Promotion development
• Sales activation
• Media management
