About The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader Operational Access Class 2, the Engineer – Structural, sits within Operational Access and uses their understanding of structural engineering load assessments to support a range of tasks related to the analysis and assessment of bridges and other road related structures, including undertaking structural inspections to determine the condition of bridges and other road related structures.

The incumbent contributes to continuous improvement projects, as required, that would result in efficiencies in relation to Class 2 and other heavy vehicle assessment practices.

The incumbent will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and share information, including updates on application assessments, in a consultative manner.

Qualifications And Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
