Responsibilities:

Define and implement SHS region China
compensation and benefits strategy, lead various compensation and benefits
activism and continuously define optimization opportunities

Provide expert advise and guidance to
HR/business on total rewards related topics

Lead policy and guideline creation,
optimization, implementation, and execution

Effective communication and knowledge
transfer of total rewards related topics to the wider HR community and business
leaders

Ensure on time delivery of annual
compensation cycle (off cycle ATI change review, merit, stock activities,
target setting, ATI, Recognition and Rewards, Sales... Incentive and etc. ) in
high quality

Support Total reward head on C&B
related topics in M&A topics

Monitor market and competitor trends.

Manage ongoing relationship with external
consultants and suppliers

Requirements:

6-8 working experience in C&B

Bachelor degree or above
