What a Restaurant Manager may do on a typical day ?
• Supervise financial matters, such as cost containment and cash management.
• Keep an eye on day-to-day restaurant operations to make that KFC rules and standards are followed.
• Manage and lead a group of people, providing RGM with scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Work together with the managers to preserve brand image and create growth strategy.
• Control inventory, uphold food safety regulations, and respond to client inquiries.
