This is a remote position.

• Part-time role, 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, Flexible between 7AM - 7PM Subiaco, West Australia (same as Manila Time)

• Manage and organize the client's calendar, schedule appointments, and set reminders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
• Conduct online research on various topics as directed and provide concise summaries.
• Assist with occasional business tasks, ensuring they align with the client's objectives.
• Manage and organize personal documents, ensuring confidentiality.
• Handle online errands, including shopping, bill payments, and reservations.
• Handle sensitive personal information with discretion and ensure data protection.
• Assist the client with posting and engagement with different Social Media platforms.
• Provide daily or weekly reports on completed tasks and upcoming schedules.

• 2+ years experience as a personal... assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
• Technical proficiency, including familiarity with G-suite and other online tools.
• A proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to work independently.
• Must be comfortable working within the adult industry.
