Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Windhoek. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources operations. This includes managing employee recruitment and onboarding, implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing performance management and employee development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling employee relations and dispute resolution.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive... information
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
