Ensure compliance is adopted in terms of systems and procedures as laid out by organization and review in response to audit findings and changes. Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement. Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas... to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimize redundancy. Monitor customer feedback reports and align processes to maximize efficiencies Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data. You will be an ideal candidate if you: Certificate or Diploma in security management, risk or police management or equivalent Have 1 to 3 years of security industry experience, surveillance & monitoring environment, and CCTV Operations and knowledge of procurement and contractor management will be an added advantage.
