A local human resource and business management consultancy firm, established to provide comprehensive solutions for organizations in Zimbabwe, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to join their consultancy firm’s dedicated team.

With a deep understanding of the local market, we offer tailored HR services and strategic business management advice to help the company’s clients thrive in a competitive business environment.

As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in marketing and selling the company’s HR services to corporate clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the consultancy firm while developing your sales and marketing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our HR services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and in-person... visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both parties.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
