Apprenticeships Compliance Administrator


Part Time (18.5 hours per week), Open Ended

The Apprenticeship Compliance Administrator role has been developed to support the successful launch of our Level 7 Systems Engineering Apprenticeship.

Reporting to the Postgraduate and Professional Programmes Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day compliance activities and administration tasks associated with the delivery of apprenticeships.
• You will work professionally and collaboratively across the School and central registry services to provide a seamless professional apprenticeship service.
• The role will suit a proactive and well-organised administrator with experience of effectively managing electronic databases and information systems.
• The ability to successfully build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the University is essential.
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent IT skills, be confident at... communicating and willing to support wider teams across a range of different activities.
