Job Opening: Social Media Content Manager.

We’re seeking a social media content manager who can create and post content on a monthly basis for each of our clients.

Please note that this is a growing role. While this may be a small role to start with, it will become a large one in the months to come, so please do not apply for this if you are already contracted out to multiple other companies and are worried about the time you have to put into this role.

We are Irons Empire, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in the UK. We specialise in the home renovation industry and work with multiple small and large companies spanning across the whole of the UK. We are a results-driven agency and have a very specific way of doing things. Everything we do is unique and based on successful data, so in terms of the systems and structure we run, you probably haven't done anything like it before.

Key Responsibilities:
• You will play a critical role in creating original... digital content across Instagram and Facebook.
• This role is specifically for managing, creating, and posting content on social media accounts.
• We have a very specific way of writing our content to ensure it drives the best results. All content is original, detail-oriented, meaningful, and most importantly, genuine and natural to speak directly to customers and their needs. You will need to learn and implement these methods.
• You will be managing various social media accounts, and you will be expected to grow them organically as well as using paid traffic.
• You need to have the capability to manage multiple accounts and the ability to keep them active every single day.
• Create original content—copy, reals, posts, and stories.
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients.

Qualifications:

Experience: You must have experience in running and managing social media accounts and creating genuine, authentic content.
• Our clients are in the home renovation industry (architects, bespoke furniture companies, and interior designers); you must know this industry or have experience creating content for it.

Adaptability: openness to learning and implementing our unique strategies while actively contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Results-driven: a dedication to providing the best possible results for our clients and a proactive mindset towards optimising content for maximum impact.

Requirements:

Location: Based in the UK.

Language: English, with strong communication skills for weekly team calls.

Responsiveness: ability to maintain a response time on a daily basis when tasks are assigned and great all-day WhatsApp communication.
