• *Management Accountant**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly capable management accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties and optimize our financial management policies and processes within our organization. Your responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, managing payroll, assisting with audit preparations, financial analysis, preparing financial forecasts, and advising senior management on strategic planning.

To ensure success as a management accountant, you should have a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), exhibit extensive knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting and experience in a similar environment. An outstanding management accountant will be someone whose financial accounting and business management expertise translates into sustained business growth, while possessing strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure.
• *Designation**

The Management Accountant shall report directly to **Group CFO.**
• *Your roles and responsibilities include, **but are not limited to:
• *CPM Group**
- Supporting the developing and implementation of cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks
- Supporting, coordinating, and planning Group budgeting & forecasting processes across all Group locations
- Sourcing information, collating, and preparing financial and statistical data from all locations across all departments to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures
- Providing analysis and commentary, assisting Finance and Management to evaluate, interrogate and advising senior management on strategic planning
- Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
- Monitoring auditing and taxation practices, as well as evaluating benefits and compensation packages partnering with HR
- Responsibility for management and enhancement of the Group Reporting Platform (360):

- Creation of various management reports, on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis as required
- Translating business reporting & process improvement requirements and partnering with the group reporting team to implement on the platform
- Partnering with the 360 technical support team
- Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting
• *Australia**
- Coordinating and maintaining the financial accounts and programs (eg. general ledger system, timesheet tracking system, etc.) to ensure the maintenance of a common information base
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Managing and completing the monthly Month-End procedures and processes, including billing process
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
- Reviewing, establishing, and maintaining effective financial accounting controls, systems and integrity of audit trails. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Managing, coordinating, and planning payroll activities and the maintenance of associated records
- Supporting and assisting with the preparation of audit, statutory & compliance returns as required
- Ensuring requirements relating to both internal financial and external regulatory information are catered for by the computerised information systems
- Managing the fixed-asset register
- Preparing the monthly entity cashflow and liaising with group finance team to align on cash management. Managing all payments and banking
