About the Role:

As an Archivist, you'll be responsible... for managing our agency's files, ensuring their retention, backup, cataloging, and processing across various platforms and storage tiers. From executing archival processes to updating intranet documentation, your attention to detail will be instrumental in supporting our operations.

This may be the right role for you if you have

•Manage and organize agency files, ensuring accurate cataloging and storage. This includes organizing, cataloging, and storing data related to client briefs, creative assets, media files, campaign performance metrics, and more.

•Execute archival processes, including drive ingestion, file transfers, metadata tagging, and permissions management to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

•Maintain and update intranet documentation, flagging and updating outdated information.

•Handle support tickets in the Service Queue, providing timely responses and resolutions.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks effectively.

• Some proficiency with Box and Atlassian platforms

• Proficiency with data management tools such as Box and Atlassian platforms.

• Understanding of data structure and asset management systems.

• Familiarity with various production asset types (Print, Video, Digital).

• Experience with incident management and support requests.

• Adherence to security and confidentiality policies.

• Be available to work with some overlap in the PST timezone
