What you'll do:

As a Senior Key Account Manager for Modern Trade, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's growth strategy. You will leverage your expertise in business analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and create an engaging omnichannel strategy. Your ability to build strategic relationships will be crucial in influencing customers/stakeholders to partner with us. You will also innovate the use of digital tools to deliver unique value to our customers. Your role will involve strategic negotiations with key account decision-makers, ensuring win-win solutions that drive long-term results.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of growth potential throughout the region and create an omnichannel engagement strategy
• Prioritise trade category opportunities within territory/area by using real-time omnichannel business intelligence
• Coordinate, track and hold the account team accountable for progress against key account plans
• Develop strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and hospital stakeholders across channels and platforms
• Serve as the main communications link with customers on all issues including contract management, invoicing, operational problems, complaints, quality of service
• Understand customer’s current and future needs and foster innovation to find new ways to serve customers
• Innovate the use of digital tools and platforms to deliver different types of customer/business value
• Conduct strategic negotiations with key account decision-makers and stakeholders across the region
• Participate in the S&OP process by supporting forecasting
• Lead demand and sales forecasting to drive optimal pricing programs for key accounts

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Minimum 4 years of strategic account management experience in modern trade
• Strong sales track record
• Highly customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
• Strong business insight skills, including integrating digital tools and platforms with traditional touch-points across channels
• Ability to interpret online and offline customer behaviours into strategic activities
