Role Summary:
As a Senior Strategist at The MINISTRY... Agency, you will develop and execute dynamic social and content strategies across digital and social platforms, for our diverse clientele, including, but not limited to, finance, government, travel/destination, and FMCG sectors. Your leadership will ensure the creation and curation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, driving brand engagement and achieving measurable business outcomes for our clients.

You will be at the helm of our editorial direction, guiding content strategies, and ensuring that our storytelling not only engages but also converts. It is a full-time role based in Singapore, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.

You will report to the Managing Director and work in partnership with the Creative Content Lead. What you will be doing:
Client Strategy and Content Development Develop holistic social media strategies for key clients and their business – across content, channels and communities Forge and nurture robust relationships with clients, serving as the pivotal liaison for all social media and content-related strategies and initiatives. Lead the ideation, development, and execution of content that enhances digital presence, engages target audiences, and drives measurable outcomes.

Identify social media trends, insights and opportunities to push for social-first innovative work Leadership and Team Collaboration Guide and inspire a team of content specialists and creators, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and professional development. Ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content creation, working closely with cross-departmental teams to align content with overall digital marketing strategies. Champion the continuous improvement of content processes and outputs through mentorship, collaboration, and leveraging industry best practices.

Analytics, Reporting and Growth Utilize data analytics to monitor content performance, deriving insights to optimize strategies and achieve superior engagement and conversion rates. Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing content initiatives' effectiveness, audience impact, and ROI. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively participate in new business development efforts, including pitches and proposals. What we are looking for:

Education and Experience Minimum six years of experience in social media, content strategy and/or editorial roles, preferably including leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies across a range of industries, with a keen understanding of different market dynamics. Technical and Industry Skills Deep knowledge of content ecosystems, SEO, social media, and digital content trends, with the ability to apply these insights across diverse client projects.

Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms, facilitating data-driven content strategies. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Demonstrated leadership ability, with a history of managing and inspiring content teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working with clients and internal teams. An analytical thinker with a creative edge, capable of devising innovative solutions to complex challenges. Our Hiring Process:
