About the Role:
As a Licensed Conveyancer/Property Paralegal you will:
• Manage all aspects of conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Conduct thorough research on property laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and regulations during transactions.

About You:
• Possess a valid license as a Conveyancer or experience as a property paralegal.
• Proven experience in handling conveyancing transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for maintain client relationships.
• Friendly nature to work within a collaborative team.
• Ability to prepare and review legal documents accurately.
• Strong research skills to stay updated with changes in property laws.
