The Marketing Manager will lead and build a small team focused on generating leads for our sales team and our customers. This is a player-coach role where you will be managing and working directly with the development of marketing campaigns. You will also be managing technology and data for inbound leads and outbound prospecting, along with running a "Done For You" (DFY) managed recruiting services offering for our CRM customers.
• *Responsibilities include**:

- Design and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads to acquire new Brokerkit customers
- Manage our revenue operations tech stacking, including Hubspot and other tooling
- Manage our content marketing efforts including webinars, newsletters, blog, podcast, lead magnets, and SEO
- Project manage events
- Manage paid acquisition including Google and Facebook ads
- Utilize analytics and data-driven decision-making to identify user growth patterns, optimize campaigns, and forecast growth... opportunities, as well as manage campaigns to a strong payback period
- Manage people, processes, and tools to hit our lead generation targets in support of our sales targets.
- Lead and manage a small marketing team and grow it based on successful results

• *Role-based Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English with excellent spoken and written English skills
- Minimum five years of marketing experience with at least one year of management experience
- Great people and project manager
- Proficient with marketing techniques for lead generation, including content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, and account-based marketing
- Self-driven and motivated to generate results and manage to the achievement of marketing goals in support of sales goals
- Great copywriting skills
- Great with tech and adept at leveraging data and analytics for lead-generation strategies
- Ability to work in a high-energy team environment and independently
- Thrives in a highly competitive environment
• *Preferred Qualifications**:

- Marketing agency leadership experience supporting B2B SaaS or real estate brokerages
- Experience marketing in our target geography of the US or Canada
- Graphic design experience
- Funnel building and conversion rate optimization
- PPC/social ads
- Content marketing & SEO
- Video editing experience
• *What We Offer**
- The compensation will be $10-15 USD per hour commensurate with experience.
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week Monday-Friday) remote role as an international contractor, and you will be paid in USD, which will be deposited in your local account in your local currency.
- The work hours for the position are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in one of the US time zones
