Job Track Description:

Responsibility Statements
• Assists PMO as well as the Delivery Manager in writing project requirements, addressing CDM inquiries from BATA and design business/system/data process flows.
• Coordinate project meetings with operations and the project team to address any pending questions related to operational changes.
• Builds basic integrated project plans and milestones.
• Work with the Delivery team to track O&M projects that fall outside the scope for the PMO team. Prepares project updates and presentations.
• Works closely with the delivery and operational teams to streamline the project execution process and collaborate with a team to update project playbooks, assist on hyper care items, such as tracking operational issues, updating SOPs, leading UAT of reports & other functionalities post deployments.
• Lead communication with operation is in alignment with recent project changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned
