JOB PURPOSE:

To shape and maintain the corporate image of the company. This includes developing and executing PR strategies, policies, manage media and stakeholders’ relations along with the internal communication, plan events, and maintain positive public awareness of the authority and its brand.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all communication initiatives on a local, regional and international scale. It is expected to implement effective communication and media program.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Give accurate direction and support to team leaders to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals
• Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with media and stakeholders.
• Raise awareness about the company’s vision, mission and achievements through proper media planning and execution, in addition to enhancing the company’s image and presence through various communication channels.
• Formulate PR plans and strategies... manage media relations and requests, content writing, plans and supervises events, and supports awareness plans.
• Develop high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
• Analyze public opinion to guide PR efforts, and on internal side, intimate employees with the rules and regulations of the organization to enable them work in accordance with acceptable standards as this will affect their level of productivity and performance
• Manage a medium to high volume of daily social media posts.
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual media reports and publications.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant experience in Public Relation, Journalism, mass media, communications, marketing, or other relevant disciplines.
• Demonstrating a strong command of written Arabic and working knowledge of English languages.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Solid knowledge of social media.
• 17 Years+ of experience in related fields.
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
• Fluent in Bilingual language (written and verbal) in Arabic and English.
• Track and influence media coverage.
• Report on PR campaigns results
