Job Description: . Manage a team of HRBPs . Understand current and future business needs and design well-thought-out plans to contribute both short and long-term improvements in the team's objectives, productivity, and development. . Partner with managers and employees, to provide some guidance or raise the need for solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organization plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development. . Help to ensure the best Organizational Design possible, considering our limitations and challenges. . Ensure a high level of employee engagement by effectively monitoring employee motivation. . Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our work. . Proactively understand pain points and possible solutions of stakeholders. . Support directors in attending to business... projects and departments needs. . Ensure the proper functioning of processes and strategic planning of different locations in Brazil. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Advanced Microsoft Excel Fluent or Advanced English Strong background in HRBP role Experience as an HR Business Partner in factories or industrial settings.
