Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for sourcing.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
