Job Title: Marketing Assistant (global contract role) (remote)

Role Overview:

We’re in search of a meticulously-organized, self-starter to join our innovative marketing team. This multifaceted role entails identifying influencers and UGC creators across pivotal regions in North America, delivering crucial administrative support for campaign initiatives, and constructing comprehensive media lists essential for PR pitching, among other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and Identify On-Brand Influencers and UGC Creators:
• Identify influencers/UGC creators authentically aligned with client brand values and marketing strategies.
• Proactively update our client rosters with new partnership opportunities... based on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and Maintain Databases:
• Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and UGC creators, regularly updating with performance metrics and feedback.
• Refine selection criteria based on past collaborations and optimize future partnership strategies.
• Provide Administrative Support across PR and Digital Departments:
• Assist in building and maintaining PR media lists, including journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Utilize PR tools, such as Cision, Podseeker, and Qwoted.
• Provide administrative support for PR campaigns, including tracking media coverage, compiling press clippings, supporting Canva presentations, and managing PR databases.
• Assist in influencer and UGC campaign organization, contract management, and payments.
• Utilize our agency’s influencer and UGC software and AirTable for streamlined processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or relevant certificate
• (2) years of experience in marketing (social, PR, influencer marketing)
