The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results for our clients. Essential qualifications include proficiency in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ad Products, Meta (formerly known as Facebook Ads), and expertise in TikTok advertising.

Essential Job Functions

Daily Tasks
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and developing digital marketing strategies to achieve them.
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, tailored to each client's goals and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to execute campaigns effectively and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients, demonstrating the impact of our work and offering strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team and clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand existing accounts, driving revenue growth for the agency.
• Manage client budgets, invoices, and contracts, ensuring timely payments and adherence to contractual agreements.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management or client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and delivering results-driven digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Advertising, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
